The Treasure of Barracuda

Chispas is a boy who, without really knowing how, ends up accidentally on the pirate ship of Captain Barracuda while searching for his missing parents. This ship is crewed by a band of fearsome sailors who are armed to the teeth, but they have a very interesting peculiarity to consider: they cannot read. Only he is capable of performing this task and can offer them his help to find the treasure of Phineas Crane, the most valuable, highly regarded, and most coveted by all the pirates sailing the seas and oceans of the planet. Thus begins this adventure that will change their lives and everything around them forever.

Adrià García directs this animated adventure inspired by the novel by Llanos Campos, which is adapted by Amèlia Mora. Llanos Campos. With vibrant, colorful photography and drawings full of joy, Fernando Velázquez is in charge of providing the music for this pirate story that sails the seas in search of treasures. A production by Inicia Films that is distributed by Filmax and will hit Spanish theaters on September 26, 2025.
