The Workshop

Antoine is a young man living in the town of La Ciotat, in France. As part of a social integration program, Antoine will be forced to attend a writing workshop run by Olivia, a prestigious writer. Antoine, along with other young people, must write a novel about his city with the help of Olivia, however, Antoine, does not seem interested in the past worker of La Ciotat. He is focused on more current concerns, wanting to express his own ideology and thoughts in his story, which will make the young man oppose and face the group, a fact that will alarm and even seduce Olivia. The french director Laurent Cantet directs this movie starring Marina Foïs, Matthieu Lucci, Florian Beaujean and Mamadou Doumbia.
