Plot
Nathalie is a philosophy professor at a high school in Paris. She is passionate about her work and enjoys, specially, when transmitting the pleasure of thinking. She is married and has two children, so she has to divide her time between her family, some former students and her mother, who is very possessive. One day, her husband decides to leave because he has fallen in love with another woman. Nathalie finds herself near the sixties, and sees how overnight she's all alone, so she'll have to rethink her whole life. Mia Hansen-Løve directs this drama, winner of the Silver Bear at the last Berlin Festival. Another incentive is Isabelle Huppert, who is in charge of giving life to Nathalie, the main character of the film.

In a scene, Nathalie goes in a theater playing 'Certified Copy'. Soon after that, Nathalie is approached by a stranger as if they somehow shared a relationship. Coincidentally in 'Certified Copy', the relationship between two lead characters takes a similar turn.
