Waterboys

Victor and Zack don't have the typical father-son relationship, but a trip might change everything. After both of them remain single, Victor, a crime novelist, asks his son to go with him on a road trip from Amsterdam to Edinburgh, where he is going to present his first English-translated book. Zack, who plays the cello for a living, agrees, but he doesn't know what awaits them. With The Waterboys as soundtrack, and different women waiting along the way, father and son will end up really knowing each other in this adventure about parents who need to mature and sons who madurated too quickly. The film was part of the Edinburgh International Film Festival and was nominated for Best International Feature Film.
