Wax

Víctor Matellano debuts as director with 'Wax', an homage to classic horror movies that focuses on a journalist whose new task is to lock himself up in a Wax Museum and prepare a piece of news about the supposed paranormal phenomena that happen every night. One of the more famous wax figures of the museum is Doctor Knox, a cannibal surgeon that dresses as Vincent Price, the star of 'House of Wax'. 'Wax' has Jack Taylor, Geraldine Chaplin and Jimmy Shaw as stars, and has no digital effects, like the old movies.
