We Are Your Friends

'We Are Your Friends' is about what one needs to find its own voice. Almost literally. Set in the world of electronic music and nightlife of Hollywood, aspiring DJ Cole (Efron), 23, spends his days and unproductively childhood friends while working at night by setting fire to the track. All this changes when she meets a charismatic, mature and somewhat prejudiced DJ named James (Bentley), who promptly welcomes him under his wing. Things get complicated after that Cole knows the girlfriend of James, Sophie (Ratajkowski), much younger than the latter. This forbidden relationship will cause Cole must choose between love and loyalty and the future that seems destined for him.
