Plot
Harold Ramis, one of the original 'Ghostbusters', and director of 'Groundhog Day', among others, directs Michael Cera, Jack Black and Olivia Wilde in 'Year One', a prehistoric comedy. Jack Blakc plays Zed, an aspiring hunter who tastes the forbidden fruit and gets expelled from his tribe. Zed decides to start a long journey of redemption, joined by a shy gatherer named Oh (Michael Cera). During his trip, in which they meet characters like Cain and Abel and Abraham and his son Isaac, they arrive to Sodom. There they find out that their tribe has been captured and made slaves. They will try to free the woman they love, Maya (June Diane Raphael) and Eema (Juno Temple) but they will have to defeat Cain adn Sodom's high priest. Maybe Princess Innana (Olivia Wilde) could help them but, would she be trust worthy? 'Year One' bombed at the box office, having a budget of 60 million dollars and grossing only 62 million dollars at the box office.
