Bob Saget spoke the first line and last line of the entire series.

According to the show's website, John Stamos, Dave Coulier and Jodie Sweetin are the only cast members to appear in all 193 episodes (including unaired pilot, which is the episode that excludes Bob Saget, who otherwise is in the remaining episode) of the series.

Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen were chosen for the part of Michelle because they were the only twin babies that didn't cry at the audition.
