Howards End

‘Return to Howards End’ ('Howards End') is a British period TV miniseries produced by Kudos Film and Television and aired by BBC One in 2017, with adaptation and script by Kenneth Lonergan. 

It consists of 4 episodes that synthesize the complex narrative of the eponymous novel by E.M. Forster, exploring social differences, class conflicts, and cultural changes in late 19th and early 20th century England.

The series delves into these themes by focusing on the interaction of three families: the Schlegels (intellectuals and idealists), the Wilcoxes (a wealthy family from the business world), and the Basts (a working-class middle family).
