Biography
The Northamerican actress Bonnie Bedelia Culkin, commonly know as Bonnie Bedelia, started her acting career in theatre and television during the decade of the 60's. Her first role in a feature-film came in 'The Gypsy Moths', a 1969 film starring Burt Lancaster, Gene Hackman and actress Deborah Kerr.
Bedelia was nominated to a Golden Globe Award in 1983 for her role in 'Heart Like a Wheel', biopic based on Shirley Muldowney's life, the first renowned female drag-racer. Bedelia is also know for playing Holly Gennaro, John McClane's wife, in the 'Die Hard' franchise.
