Biography
Japanese animator, director, storyboard artist and screenwriter. His works include 'Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning' and 'The Tunnel of Wishes'. He graduated from Osaka Seikei University College of Arts in 2007 and worked as a production assistant at Anime International Company.
In 2014, under A-1 Pictures, Taguchi made his directorial debut with Persona 3 The Movie: No. 2, Midsummer Knight's Dream. He worked on several Persona anime before. In 2021, 'Akudama Drive', an original anime series that he co-wrote and directed, won the Top Anime award at the 7th Anime Trending Awards.
