3 hearts

'Three Hearts' is a french movie directed by Benoît Jacquot starring Charlotte Gainsbourg, Chiara Mastroianni, Benoît Poelvoorde and veteran french actress Catherine Deneuve. The film's shooting last for 45 days. It was nominated to compete for the Golden Lion at the 71st Venice International Film Festival. This romantic melodrama is focused in a three-way love. Marc meets Sylvie after losing his train to Paris. They agree to see each other again, but he doesn't make it to their date. A few years later Marc knows another woman, Sophie, who turns out to be Sylvie's sister. When Sophie takes Marc to meet her family Sylvie recognizes Marc after all that time. Their love will reappear as her relationship with her sister's in danger.
