Plot
This John Cassavetes film tells the story of Nick Longhetti (Peter Falk) which is a humble worker who, besides working day in and day out, he is forced to take care of his wife Mabel (Gena Rowlands), who suffers serious mental problems. Nick struggles to appear normal as possible with the people around them but when the madness of his wife, who does not conform to social norms, starts to affects their three children things will get really complicated to handle and Nick will have to take certain measures.
