Anaconda

Doug and Griff have been inseparable friends since childhood. United by a shared passion for video store cinema, they have spent decades fantasizing about remaking their all-time favorite movie: the so-called "cinematic classic" 'Anaconda'. For them, it is not just a monster movie, but a reminder of a time when anything seemed possible. Now, trapped in a midlife crisis marked by mediocre jobs, stagnant relationships, and the feeling of having missed their chance, they decide that the time has come to fulfill that youthful dream, no matter the cost.

With barely any money, no permits, and a technical crew as precarious as it is enthusiastic, Doug and Griff travel to the Amazon jungle with the intention of shooting their definitive remake. The shoot soon turns into a hilarious disaster: inflated egos, absurd creative arguments, improvised technical decisions, and a dangerous disconnect between the epic they envision and the reality surrounding them. Everything seems part of the controlled chaos of an amateur comedy… until the jungle starts to respond.

The appearance of a real giant anaconda transforms the makeshift set into a deadly trap.
