Crawl

Haley Keller (Kaya Scodelario, 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales', 'Skins') is a student and aspiring swimmer at the University of Florida. When Haley is told by her sister, Beth (Morfydd Clark, 'Eternal Beauty', 'The Personal History of David Copperfield'), and local authorities to leave the state due to a fast-approaching Category 5 hurricane, she refuses to go without first checking that her father, Dave (Barry Pepper, 'The Painted Bird', 'Monster Trucks'), is safe. She travels to their family home in Coral Lake and climbs down into the crawl space beneath the house, where she finds her father severely wounded. When Haley tries to drag him out to safety, her exit is blocked by large and bloodthirsty alligators that Dave believes entered the house through a storm drain. The alligators can't fit through the pipes, so Haley and Dave hide out in a smaller part of the crawl space, but their temporary safety is threatened when the hurricane hits and the space begins to flood. With Haley's phone lost to water damage, the two must find a way to survive both the hurricane and the vicious alligator attacks alone.
