In this tense thriller, Violet, a young mother who has been single since becoming a widow years ago, decides to give Henry a chance and go on a date with him. The relief is instant when she sees him and realizes he is much more attractive and charming than she expected. But the initial chemistry doesn't last long as Violet begins to receive a series of anonymous messages that, although they initially just annoy and irritate her, ultimately leave her terrified.

The instructions are clear: she must not talk to anyone and must do everything that a hooded figure tells her while showing her the security cameras installed in her home. If she doesn't do what he says, there will be consequences, and he will kill her young son and her sister, who is babysitting. If she doesn't listen to him, her loved ones will die. But, what does he ask her to do? Well, to kill Henry, the charming guy she is on a date with.

This film directed by Christopher Landon marks his return to this genre that he knows perfectly after projects like 'Happy Death Day'. Meghann Fahy ('The White Lotus', 'The Perfect Couple') and Brandon Sklenar ('Breaking the Circle') are the leading duo in this mysterious and tense film that will make you doubt everyone.
