Greenland 2: Migration

''Greenland 2: Migration'' is the highly anticipated sequel to the 2020 post-apocalyptic thriller 'Greenland'.

It begins five years after the Clarke comet devastated most of the planet, leaving Earth a wasteland of radiation, electromagnetic storms, and landscapes transformed into constant desolation. 

The Garrity family, composed of John (Gerard Butler), his wife Allison (Morena Baccarin), and their son Nathan (Roman Griffin Davis); has survived in an underground bunker in Greenland. And they have become part of a small community of survivors who have learned to endure, tense between the hope of rebuilding and the bitter reality of the outside world. 

But when an earthquake devastates their refuge and a tsunami threatens to wipe them out, the Garritys have no choice but to abandon the artificial safety that has sustained them and embark on a desperate journey through a devastated Europe to find a better place to rebuild their lives.

What appears to be another tale of disasters transforms into a journey of human resilience in the face of adversity: from submerged cities and ravaged territories to fragmented communities struggling to survive, the outside world is as unpredictable as it is dangerous. 

Along the way, the family will encounter both hostility and glimpses of solidarity, and they will have to face armed gangs, extreme environmental conditions, and the internal struggle between protecting their own and helping others in distress.

The Garrity's journey is a mix of physical and emotional survival. They will have to confront losses, make tough decisions, and, above all, fight to keep the flame of humanity alive when everything around them seems to have extinguished it.

It is a tale of hope despite being surrounded by despair, of struggle in a world that is no longer what we knew, and of a family clinging to the idea of a new beginning when everything seems lost.
