How to Train Your Dragon

On the inaccessible Isle of Mema, where Vikings and dragons have been at war for generations, Hiccup stands out as a different young man. The son of the feared chief Stoick the Vast, he is an intelligent boy who challenges the traditions of his people by forging a friendship with Toothless, a Night Fury dragon, feared by all the island's inhabitants. This unexpected bond will reveal the true essence of dragons, questioning the foundations of Viking society.

Accompanied by the brave and determined Astrid, and Gobber, the eccentric blacksmith of the village, Hiccup challenges a world marked by fear and distrust. This film is directed by Dean DeBlois, who was also in charge of the animated trilogy on which this film is based. The film stars Mason Thames as Hiccup and Nico Parker as Astrid. They are joined in the cast by Gerard Butler as Stoick the Vast and Nick Frost as Gobber.
