Plot
Christian (Franz Rogowski) is a shy young man who starts his new job in a supermarket. There he meets Bruno (Peter Kürth), who joins to him as a pupil to make his stay more comfortable in his first days of work and they starts a friendship. He teaches him all the tricks to make easier the hours that will live between aisles and shelves. Next to him, Marion (Sandra Hüller) works and Christian fall in love for her. He will use the coffee machine as an excuse to try to conquer her heart. The problem is that Marion is a married girl who does not seem interested in him. Things get complicated when, one day, suddenly, Marion does not appear at her job.
