The quiet and peaceful daily life of the inhabitants of the Kikoriki Island becomes a spectacular adventure when they make an unprecedented discovery. For the first time in their life, the protagonists discover the television. The little creatures try to understand the new invention in its own way, confusing reality and fiction. All this leads them to undertake a tremendous adventure by crossing the ocean and ending in the big city. In the metropolis, the companions will try to overcome the numerous obstacles that will put them in the way putting their life at risk in order to find the way back and return home safe and sound. It is a Russian animated film created by Denis Chernov.
