'Love Sarah' is a romantic-comedy drama about a young woman named Clarissa (Shannon Tarbet, 'Beast', 'Love is Blind', 'Killing Eve') who is determined to fulfil her late mother's dream of opening a bakery in the neighbourhood of Notting Hill, London. To do so, she enlists the help of her mother's practical best friend Isabella (Shelley Conn, 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory', 'Nina's Heavenly Delights') and her estranged grandmother Mimi (Celia Imrie, 'Imagine Me & You', 'Bridget Jones's Diary', 'The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel') to renovate the run-down building into a successful bakery that will honour her mother's memory. The market is competitive, however, and the three women will have to learn to negotiate their complicated bond in order to be able to work together to see Sarah's dream become reality. Shot in London, 'Love Sarah' is the directorial debut of filmmaker Eliza Schroeder. Jake Brunger writes the script. Joining names such as Celia Imrie in the cast are Rupert Penry-Jones ('Vita & Virginia', 'Persuasion'), Bill Paterson ('Fleabag', 'The Witches'), Grace Calder ('White House Farm', 'City of Tiny Lights'), Lucy Fleming ('The Boat That Rocked', 'Survivors'), Denise Welch ('Doctors', 'Boy Meets Girl') and Max Parker ('Cobra', 'World on Fire').
