Lucia's Grace

Lucia works as a geometer. She struggles to manage her multiple responsibilities: her teenage daughter, her complicated love life, and her career. When she joins a new ambitious council building project, she realises that the plans are dangerous due to a fault in the maps. Instead of warning her bosses, she says nothing for fear of losing her job. A strange foreign woman that calls herself Virgin Mary tries to make Lucia confront her superiors and suggests that she must go to church in order to find the desired peace. A comedy winner of best European feature award in Cannes' Directors Fortnight in 2018, the film counts with one of Italian cinema best actresses and promises: Alba Rohrwacher.
