Maria (and Everybody Else)

Nely Reguera debuts as a feature film director with 'María (y los demás)', after having participated in some other audiovisual productions.

María is a thirtysomething woman who has taken care of her family since her mother's death. She's responsible and controlling, and she's proud of being the pillar in which her brothers and father rest. However, her life has being stagnant for years and it doesn't fit with her age. When her father announces he's going to marry her nurse, María thinks about her life and how she should stop it and begin a new journey. Her own life.
