Miracle in Milan

An elderly woman finds a baby in the middle of a garden of cauliflowers and decides to adopt him and call him Toto. But one day the old woman dies and the child is taken to an orphanage until he is a teenager. When the time when Toto must face the world comes, he decides to live with the goodness of people, but this does not exist and he is relegated to a shanty town where he makes friends with other outcasts, trying to help each other. Everything is bliss until oil begins to sprout soil of the town, and one of his friends betray them.
