Monsieur Aznavour

Charles Aznavour was a French singer, songwriter, and actor of Armenian descent. He became a phenomenon, and this film, 'Monsieur Aznavour', follows the journey of how he became such a well-known figure from his humble beginnings when he was a complete unknown. In fact, the first time he stepped onto a stage was in exchange for a few coins in Paris, when he was still a total stranger. A man who was willing to risk everything in pursuit of his dream and who, after much struggle, would eventually reach the great Édith Piaf, who would be a key figure and determine the artist's fate.

A unique voice, far removed from the standards of the time, along with an unbreakable will, would ultimately turn him into a legend in the world of music. Directors and screenwriters Mehdi Idir ('Los profesores de Saint-Denis' y 'Patients') and Grand Corps Malade ('Le Flambeau, les aventuriers de Chupacabra' y 'La mecánica del corazón') bring us this biographical and musical drama, with production companies such as Pathe Films, Kallouche Cinéma, Mandarin Production, and Beside Productions dedicated to making this film a reality, while Pathé is responsible for distributing the feature film.
