Monster Hunt 2

The story of 'Monster Hunt' continues with 'Monster Hunt 2' combining computer animation with live action characters, continues with Huba after he parts way wir his human parents Tian (Jing Boran) and Lan (Bai Baihe) for his own journey. The story is set in a fantasy world resembling ancient China where monsters and humans co-exist uneasily in two separate lands. Peace has not return to the monsters world after the death of the evil monster king as a sinister lord has ascended and taken the throne. A bounty is placed on Huba dead or alive, so he is still hiding. On his journey, he encounters an ill-famed gambler Tu (Tony Leung Chiu-wai) and together they form a reluctant alliance in order to escape from their predicament.
