Neither Wolf Nor Dog

'Neither Wolf Nor Dog' is an adaptation of the novel by the same name written by Ket Nerburn in 1994 and that has become an acclaimed classic and it's studied in schools. The film, directed by Steven Lewis Simpson, follows its main character, a white writer who gets stucked in the contemporary Native American way of living in Dakota, together with a 95 year old Lakota man and his companion. The man will ask him to write the story about his people, in a story that has been described as the perfect view of both worlds and realities, specially the Native American. The film has on its cast Christopher Sweeney and Dave Bald Eagle as its main characters, with the screenplay written by Ket Nerburn.
