Never Alone

In the capital of the country of Finland, during World War II, specifically in 1942, the country maintains a dangerous and strategic alliance with the worst of the Germanys remembered, Nazi Germany. This story, 'Never Alone (Nunca más)', narrates how only one man was able to confront an entire system. The Jewish businessman, the most persecuted by those barbarians, risks his life and that of his loved ones in an attempt to prevent the security services of his own country, the Finns, from secretly handing over thousands of Jewish refugees who had arrived in their territory trying to escape the most feared organization of that time, the Gestapo of Nazi Germany.

Filmmaker Klaus Härö ('La canción del marinero', 'Life After Death', 'El artista anónimo', 'La clase de esgrima') , who writes this film alongside Jimmy Karlsson, brings us in this Finnish feature film the drama and hardships that thousands of people had to endure in their country and how one man tried to confront the entire system to try to save them. This co-production among several countries such as Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Austria, and Germany, involving production companies like Hobab, Matila Röhr Productions (MRP), Penned Pictures, Samsara Filmproduktion, and Taska Film, narrates this drama inspired by the worst era of the 1940s.
