Plot
'Now You See Me: Now You Don't' is an American action thriller directed by Ruben Fleischer. It is written by Seth Grahame-Smith, Michael Lark, Rhett Reese, and Paul Wernick. It is the third installment in the Now You See Me saga, which finally becomes a trilogy with this film, although everything points to the franchise continuing to grow with a fourth installment. The film, produced by Summit Entertainment, premieres in the United States on November 14, 2025.
We once again meet the four horsemen, who this time must get their hands on the largest diamond in the world, now in the possession of a crime syndicate family. To achieve this, they will train three new illusionists to accompany them on this peculiar new mission.
Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, and Isla Fisher return as the four horsemen: Danny, Merritt, Jack, and Henley. Morgan Freeman also reprises his role as Thaddeus Bradley, the head of the secret society The Eye and the leader of the horsemen. The new characters are played by Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt. The role of the villain falls to Rosamund Pike, who plays Veronika Vanderberg, the matriarch of organized crime.
'Now You See Me: Now You Don't' has been filmed, among other locations, in Antwerp, Budapest, and Abu Dhabi. The movie arrives almost a decade after the second installment and with a somewhat complicated production. Jon M. Chu, who was set to direct it like the second part, dropped out of the project, as did Eric Warren Singer as the screenwriter. Ultimately, the job went to Ruben Fleischer.
