Synopsis

In southern Laos, an American doctor volunteer named John Lake (Rossif Sutherland) becomes a fugitive after an intervention in a sexual assault on a young girl. When the body of the assailant pulled by the Mekong River, things get complicated and change the course of the events. A feature directed and written by Jamie M. Dagg. The cast is made up by Rossif Sutherland ('Timeline'), Douangmany Soliphanh, Sara Botsford ('Broken Windows'), Ted Atherton ('Max Payne') and David Soncin. A thriller produced by REDLABdigital, Lao Art Media (Laos company) and Living Films. The film participated in the film festival in Toronto, Canada, and in the Cleveland International Film Festival in the United States.
