Safelight

Charles is a young boy with cerebral paralysis who is hardly capable of walk, and he works in a gas station. Vickie, a young girls who lives running away of her house and earns money the way she can. They both start a relation of friendship after Charles saves Vicky from a beating of his violent pimp, Skid, so Vickie decides helping Charles with his dream: to photograph all the lighthouses along the Californian cost. A trip full of friendship, smiles and confessions that will take them to know and like each other. However, Skid can't stand his jealousy and he will chase the couple determined to end with it.

Tony Aloupis directs Evan Peters, Juno Temple and Kevin Alejandro in this youthful drama that is settled in the 70s.
