Shut In

'Shut in' is a thriller that tells the story of a widow woman who works helping children with psychological problems. The woman lives without much contact in a New England area and has a big concern: her troubled stepson is in a vegetative state. Thus, his life is something sad and stressful. But then something very strange happens: one night a great storm hits her house and after a series of unexplained and threatening events she must find a way of rescuing a child from the storm. 'Shut in' is a film directed by Farren Blackburn, written by Christina Hodson and starring the actors Naomi Watts, Oliver Platt, Jacob Tremblay, David Cubitt, Crystal Balint and Charlie Heaton. The original music is composed by Nathaniel Méchaly.
