Louis & Luca - Mission to the Moon

The film tells the story of a duck and an armadillo that live in harmony with a kooky inventor. The duck and armadillo go by Solan and Eri and, fifty years after the first manned moon landing, the friends decide to try to travel to the moon for themselves. With the help of their human friend and inventor and his fabulous wits, the two embark on an incredible space adventure that encourages everyone to believe that their dreams can come true. With an animation that falls halfway between the steampunk aesthetic and the style of Wallace and Gromit, Solan and Eri will surprise the human naysayers who never thought a pair of lowly animals could reach the Moon. Everyone on earth will be glued to their television screens to see how the adventures of Solan and Eri unfold. Once in outer space, the two must stick together and trust each other to overcome the obstacles in their way, from gravity to alien life.
