Sonata for Cello

'Sonata for Cello' is a dramatic movie directed by Anna Bofarull and starring Montse Germán, Juanjo Puigcorbé and Jan Cornet.

'Sonata for Cello' focuses on the main character of the story, Julia, a well-known violoncellist who lives entirely for her music, enjoying it. Julia also is a successful, elegant and attractive woman who enjoys a really nice dinner with friends and making love to younger lovers. Her commitment to music is her main priority until she finds out that she suffers from Fibromyalgia, a chronic disease with unknown cause and no cure that affects the entire body, causing a intense pain. As the days go by, Julia will have to be able to accept her new life with fibromyalgia, struggling with the problem.
