Yazid's dream since he was young has been always to be a pastry chef. But he spent his childhood going from one shelter to another, something that could have separate him away from his goal. Although his strength and determination would make him not give up and work from Paris to Monaco for the best chefs in the world. After working side by side with them, Yazid learns everything he needs to become one of the best chefs so he can be a part of the pastry elite.

Based in the real story of Yazid Ichemrahen, the film is an adaptation from the autobiography from the pastry chef, that narrates how the pastries saved his life. The film is directed by Sébastien Tulard, and stars Riadh Belaïche ('30 Jours Max'), better known by his name on social media as Just Riadh, who plays Yazid, being his first acting. Joining him we can find Loubna Abidar as Samia, Christine Citti as Simone and Marwan Amesker as the young Yazid.

The French film was released last April in Australian cinemas, becoming a huge success. It managed to enter the list of the ten highest grossing films of the week, being aired in only seven theaters and grossing 113,862 australian dolars. The film is a coproduction with Canal+, Kiss Films and France 2 Cinéma. The original score is from Brice Davoli.
