The Adventures of Baron Munchausen

Based on the tales of an extravagant German noble named Munchausen, Terry Gilliam directs this comedy that takes place in an anonymous city in Europe that has been reduced because of the war of the late eighteenth century, known as 'Century of Lights' and the reason, although not for this man.
