Plot

'The Belko Experiment' is an American horror thriller film directed by Greg McLean and written by James Gunn. Set in Bogotá, Colombia, the film tells the story of employees in the Belko Corporation who are part of a social experiment. The group of 80 Americans are forced to play a deadly game of kill or be killed. An unknown voice is heard coming from the company's intercom system and the workers have 30 minutes to kill three co-workers. If this does not happen, then six of them will die. The film is produced by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and it premiered at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival. The cast includes actors such as John Gallagher Jr., Tony Goldwyn, Adria Arjona, Melonie Diaz and John C. McGinley.

John Gallagher Jr. auditioned for a role in a film before directed by James Gunn. He wasn't right for the part. But Gunn thought he was the best actor he had seen and vowed to work with Gallagher again.

Coincidence
