The Journey

In 2006 during peace talks in Northern Ireland after decades of violence, Sinn Fein leader Martin McGuinness and Unionist Ian Paisley shared a trip with the intention of resolving the differences that separated them and achieving a peace agreement. While we are travelling with these characters along their journey they start to discuss about the main problem and make us go back to those key moments of the history in the conflick of Northern Ireland.

An unusual encounter between these two enemies that perhaps could change the course of history. Although the film isn't a documentary or completely faithful to the events, director Nick Hamm ('The Hole', 'Dancing Queen') brings his creative vision on an important part of the history of that country.
