Enzo is a loser, a small time crook with no sympathy for life or others. He accidentally falls into Tiber river and acquires some strange superpowers he struggles to control, turning him into a weird Avenger. His new abilities convince him about chasing down a bigger criminal, one dangerous gangster called "The Gipsy". But with the help of a traumatized woman who strongly believes he is the main character of a famous manga called "Steel Reeg", he will live an adventure in which he will not only learn how to properly use and control his new super powers, but also to remove all his toxic thoughts about society and misanthropy, and therefore become a real super hero.
