Plot
The story takes place during the Second Spanish Republic (1931-1936). It tells the story of Joshe (Eduardo Noriega), a man who is in love with Usúa (Ingrid Rubio). And that love is reciprocated. All this happens in a town in northern Spain, where the weeping Virgin appeared, dressed in black, and with a holy card and a sword in his hands. The virgin predicts a great war. A group of young people who are the ones who claim to have seen, believe in the prophecy at face value. And the valleys of the Basque country filled with skeptics and believers who are waiting to see the virgin as happened to the other guys. Among the believers who want to see the virgin is Usúa.
