Zootopia 2

After the adventures of 'Zootopia', inspectors Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde return to the city of Zootopia in the second installment of this animated film. 'Zootopia 2' comes from Walt Disney Animation Studios and brings a new adventure for the police inspectors. This time they must camouflage themselves and go undercover to various places in the mammal metropolis to follow the trail left by a mysterious reptile. In this mission, the friendship between Judy and Nick will be tested like never before. 

Jared Bush has taken on both the direction and the script, as he did in 'Zootopia'. With this first part, he managed to win the Hollywood statuette for best animated feature. The feature film was also awarded the Golden Globe in 2020. On the other hand, Yvett Merino, an Oscar winner for 'Encanto', is involved in the production. Some of the actors and actresses who will lend their voices to the different characters in the original version include Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Ke Huy Quan, Fortune Feimster, Andy Samberg, David Strathairn, Macaulay Culkin, Josh Dallas, and Shakira. 

In general, 'Zootopia 2' has been praised by critics, who believe it has captured the essence of the first installment to deliver something new, animated, and hopeful, suitable for both children and adults. 

'Zootopia 2' hits theaters on November 28, 2025.
