We think it's fair to say that given his various escapades throughout the 'Star Wars' saga, Han Solo's not exactly known for his morality, more so his lack of it. That said, however, he's not the worst being you could hope to bump into in the galactic universe either. There is one character who could take that title though, and we'll catch of glimpse of him in the upcoming 'Solo: A Star Wars Story'.

In the film, a young Han Solo (Alden Ehrenhreich) will come across many questionable characters, but one of them stands out more than the others: Dryden Vos. The equally slippery and sinister gangster will be in charge of bringing together a group of bandits in order to carry out a theft. Despite being the villain of the film, however, we've not seen a very good image of the character, until now, that is. The first image comes from Empire, who were granted an exclusive look at the villain.

Michael K. Williams was first cast in the role under the direction of Phil Lord and Chris Miller, however, when Ron Howard took over, Paul Bettany was recast in place of the former actor.

New additions

Whilst much of the storyline has been kept a secret, we do know that the upcoming film will, in part, deal with some parts of Solo's life that we're already aware of: we'll see Solo meet Chewbacca for the first time and see how they come across the Millenium Falcon. Donald Glover's character, Lando Calrissian will also have a significant role to play.

The new additions to the film include Emilia Clarke as Qi'ra, Thandie Newton as Val and Woody Harrelson as Tobias Becket. We still don't know much about each of the characters, but it's been revealed Thandie Newton's character will be part of a criminal organisation that Solo becomes linked to and that Harrelson will be some kind of a mentor to the protagonist.

'Solo' hits UK cinemas on 24th May so we'll able to learn more about the characters soon enough.
