Maria Botto plays Maria, a police officer, in the original UK version, and also plays Sophia Moreno, a police officer, in the remade for the US version of this show.
Athena Karkanis played Sophia Moreno in original pilot, but the role was recast when the series was picked up, and María Botto replaced her.
While many external shots were taken from Belize, the majority of the filming was done in Puerto Rico.
