Biography
David Gleeson is an Irish film director and screenwriter whose family has been part of the film industry for three generations. Gleeson wrote and directed 'The Front Line' in 2006, the film won the Best Film Award at the Salerno Film Festival. After gaining notoriety, he was signed on to pen the script for 'Tolkien', the feature film adaptation and biopic of J.R.R. Tolkien, author of 'The Lord of the Rings'.
