Biography
Dean Weelins was born at a US Air Force Base near Zaragosa, Spain, while his father was deployed there. After three years, the family moved back to the US, first to Wyoming and then Merced, in California.
He is an artist and director who is in the animation department in Disney since 1994. His first feature as a director was with the short 'Tick Tock Tale' and he will be back as that with the movie 'Raya and the Last Dragon'.
