Iván Fund

Iván Fund is a filmmaker and director born in San Cristóbal, province of Santa Fé, Argentina. He is the author of films such as 'La risa', 'Los labios', 'Hoy no tuve miedo' and 'Vendrán lluvias suaves'. In 2021 he directed 'Piedra Noche', nominated for the Horizontes Award at the San Sebastian International Film Festival. He also obtained two more nominations at the Mar de Plata Film Festival and the Venice Film Festival.

He has worked as director of photography, director and screenwriter, in addition to being in charge of production, editing, camera, music, art direction, sound team and executive production in several films. Throughout his career, he has directed and written up to 14 films, among which he has also made three documentaries ('Ab', 'El asombro', 'Un hombre que no supo a donde ir') and five short films ('Vals', 'Sirenas', 'El baile' and the documentary short 'El organismo').
