Night Nurse" Trailer (2026)

'Night Nurse' is an American thriller directed by Georgia Bernstein that explores the vulnerability of elderly people through a story of manipulation and deceit centred on a nurse as the key figure.

The trailer opens with an atmosphere of apparent normality: a carer who presents herself as someone who needs to feel that she matters, that her work has meaning. However, the trailer gradually reveals darker layers as it progresses. Among the dialogue, lines emerge that point to a telephone fraud scheme targeting people over the age of 65, with references to accounts amounting to a quarter of a million dollars.

The patient, a man diagnosed with possible early-stage Alzheimer's, finds himself trapped in a situation of dependency that the trailer transforms into a source of mounting tension. The final images of the trailer, featuring references to restraints and direct threats, suggest that the film moves from intimate drama towards suspense thriller.

Cemre Paksoy leads the cast in the role of the central nurse. She is joined by Bruce McKenzie, Eleonore Hendricks, Colleen Rose Trundy, and Mimi Rogers.
