'Silent Night' (2023) Trailer

A grieving father finally takes revenge in his own hands after a long time waiting to give a ruthless street gang what they deserve one Christmas Eve night. The movie 'Silent Night' is directed by John Woo (Broken Arrow, Face to face, Paycheck).

The main character is played by Joel Kinnaman, a revengeful father who wants to feel at peace after his son's death, provoked by a criminal gang. The unfortunate son gets tragically trapped in a crossfire between two rival gangs during Christmas Eve. The boy gets very hurt while he was running after the murderers.

The dead boy's father, Godlock, swears that he will get revenge for his son's death and he will find his son's killers, taking justice by his own hand and using everything necessary at his reach to do that. The movie is very simple, but in a necessary way because it has no dialogue in it.

The characters interact with each other but they don't talk with each other. No words are exchanged. This is a reference to the movie title 'Silent Night', the movie doesn't have any expositive scenes neither.

The whole plot of the movie will be supported in the images and the character's actions, who will put rest their vocal chords and whose actions will tell the audience everything that's going on.
