Plot
Directed by Baltasar Kormákur ('Everest', '2 Guns'), 'A drift' tells the inspiring real story of two free spirits whose chance encounter leads them first to love and then to the adventure of their lives. A couple who, at first, enjoyed a boat trip to Tahiti and will be caught in the middle of a hurricane. The woman, who is unconscious after the fateful incident, wakes up to discover that her boat is in ruins and that her boyfriend has disappeared. In order to find her partner again, the woman will travel more than 1,500 miles to Hawaii while fighting all the elements. Shailene Woodley ('Big Little Lies', 'The Fault in Our Stars', 'The Descendants') plays the brave protagonist.
