Joaquín, Brujo and Luismi are three friends who meet again after twenty years. While Brujo and Luismi are still unemployed, Joaquín seems to have become a successful businessman. However, the reality is very different. He still lives in his mother's house in Orcasitas, together with his daughter Brenda, who is a yo-yo champion, and his brother Chema, a "Whing Chung" master and welder. One day, the family receives the news that they are going to be repossessed because of Joaquín's debts. At that moment, the three friends decide to do what they can so that they don't end up in the street, although their plans will end up getting him into much more serious problems than those he already had.

In it we will see both non-professional actors, as is the case of Joaquín and his family, including Esther Álvarez, Brenda González and Chema González. On the other hand, some of the best known faces of spanish cinema also participate, such as Luis Tosar, Miguel Herrán, Luis Zahera, Julián Villagrán, Antonio Durán "Morris" and its own director, Daniel Guzmán. This is the second feature film by the filmmaker, who won the Goya for Best New Director, the Silver Biznaga for Best Director and the Golden Biznaga for Best Film at the Malaga Festival with his debut film, ?Nothing In Return?.
